上海市工業經濟聯合會(簡稱上海市工經聯)，于1991年3月經上海市人民政府批準成立，2008年9月開始同時使用上海市經濟團體聯合會名稱。業務主管單位是上海市經濟和信息化委員會。

The Shanghai Federation of Industrial Economics(SFIE), established with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government in March 1991, began using the name Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO) in September 2008. It is under the management of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization.

上海市工經聯是中國工業經濟聯合會主席團主席單位，是本市樞紐型聯合組織，目前擁有會員490余家，其中協會會員206家、企業會員260余家。企業會員中，有中央在滬企業、本市企業集團和部分股份制企業、民營企業、外資企業。涵蓋了上海先進制造業、生產性服務業和金融、貿易、信息等領域7萬余家各類企業。

SFIE is the Chair unit of the Presidium of the China Federation of Industrial Economics. As a key hub organization in the city, it currently has over 490 members, including 206 association members and over 260 corporate members. Among the corporate members are central enterprises in Shanghai, local enterprise groups, some joint-stock companies, private enterprises, and foreign-funded enterprises. It covers more than 70,000 various types of enterprises in advanced manufacturing, productive services, finance, trade, information, and other fields in Shanghai.

多年來，上海市工經聯、經團聯秉持“服務企業、規范行業、發展產業”的宗旨，強化樞紐平臺、助推發展、建言獻策、訴求表達、典型示范五大功能，為助推上海先進制造業和現代服務業發展，促進市區合作、產融合作、產業鏈合作、產學研合作和長三角經濟合作發揮了積極作用。先后榮獲“全國先進社會組織”、“全國先進工業經濟聯合會”、 “上海市‘兩新組織’五好黨組織”、 “上海市先進社會組織”、“5A級社會組織”等殊榮。

Over the years, SFIE, along with SFEO, have adhered to the aim of "serving enterprises, regulating industries, and developing sectors," strengthening five major functions of hub platforms, development promotion, policy advice, expression of demands, and exemplary demonstrations. They have played an active role in promoting the development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries in Shanghai, facilitating cooperation between the city and surrounding areas, industry-finance collaboration, industrial chain cooperation, industry-university-research collaboration, and economic cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta region. They have been honored with titles such as "National Advanced Social Organization," "National Advanced Industrial Economic Federation," "Shanghai's Five-Star Party Organization for 'Two New Organizations'," "Advanced Social Organization in Shanghai," and "5A-level Social Organization."

上海市工經聯、經團聯下設專家委員會和品牌建設、合作交流、投融資服務、文化創意、法治服務、專精特新、生命健康等專業委員會，經上海市人大常委會確立為基層立法聯系點。經本市教育部門批準成立的上海市工業經濟管理進修學院為本市經濟管理和中高級專業人才培訓提供服務。

SFIE and SFEO have set up expert committees and professional committees such as brand construction, cooperation and exchange, investment and financing services, cultural creativity, legal services, specialized and new, and life and health.It has been established as a grassroots legislative contact point by the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee. The Shanghai Industrial Economic Management Advanced Studies Institute, established with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal Education Department, provides services for the training of economic management and middle and senior professional talents in the city.
